Finished the 30 day shred!

Woohoo! It's over! So here are the final results:

Lost approximately 5.5 lbs (jumped on the scale this morning to get an estimate).

Sooo worth it!! But, glad I don't have to keep doing the same workouts every day!

Still working on deciding what I want to do for February's workouts. I think I'll start the C25k, but we have a wedding to go to in the middle of the month, so I going to wait until after that.
